Glow asks for a restricted key (rk_live_…) with Read permissions.

How Glow checks it
Glow accepts only rk_ keys and rejects sk_ and pk_ keys outright. On save it reads your balance, then tries three writes that cannot succeed; each must come back “permission denied”, or the key is refused with a fix-it message.

Why a restricted key and not my secret key?
A secret key (sk_live_) can refund, create charges and delete data. A restricted key with Read permissions can only look. Glow refuses secret keys, the same rule DataFast and TrustMRR follow.
Does Glow see my customers’ names or emails?
No. Glow asks for no Customers permission at all and warns you if the key has it. It needs amounts, products and dates, not people.
I sell several products on one Stripe account. Does that work?
Yes. Glow maps Stripe products and prices to the products in your tree, and you can move a price to another product with one tap.
Can I disconnect Stripe later?
Any time. Remove the connection in Glow and the sealed key is destroyed; revoke it at Stripe too if you like. Your history stays until it expires.
