Terms of service
Effective October 28, 2026 · Winding.ai
The short version
- Glow is a paid service with a 7-day trial. If Glow doesn’t find more than it costs in 30 days, we refund you.
- You keep ownership of your data. You give Glow read-only access you can revoke at any time.
- Agents only run what you approve; you’re responsible for what you approve them to do.
- Glow’s reports are information, not financial, tax or legal advice.
1.Agreement
These terms are between you and Winding.ai (“we”). By creating an account or using Glow (the apps, the web app and meetglow.ai), you agree to them. If you use Glow for a business, you confirm you can bind it.
2.The service
Glow connects to services you choose with read-only credentials where available, and shows money in vs out, AI spend, search and marketing performance, AI-written reports and suggestions, a capture inbox and agents. Features may change as we improve Glow; we won’t remove a core feature you pay for without notice.
3.Your account
Keep your phone, passkeys and devices secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 (or the age of majority where you live) and give accurate information. Workspace owners decide who joins their workspace and what role they get.
4.Subscriptions, trial and refunds
Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. The 7-day trial converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends. In-app purchases are billed and refunded by Apple or Google under their terms; web purchases are billed by us through Stripe. If Glow doesn’t find more than it costs in 30 days, we refund you. To claim it, email support@meetglow.ai within 30 days of your first payment. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice and apply from your next renewal.
5.Your data and connected accounts
Your data stays yours. You grant us a limited license to process it only to run Glow for you, as described in our privacy policy. You confirm you’re allowed to connect each account and that doing so doesn’t break that provider’s terms. You can revoke any connection at any time in Glow or at the provider. We aren’t responsible for third-party services or changes to their APIs.
6.Agents and executors
Agents and tasks run only after you approve them, with the executor, destination, schedule and budget you set. When you dispatch work to a third party (GitHub, Claude Code, Devin, a webhook or a person), that party’s terms apply and you’re responsible for the outcome and its costs. Review what an agent produces before you rely on it.
7.AI output
Reports, nuggets, answers and suggestions are generated by AI from your data and can be wrong or incomplete. They are information to help you decide, not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Check important numbers at the source before acting on them.
8.Acceptable use
Don’t use Glow to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, attack or overload systems, reverse engineer the service, resell it without permission, or connect accounts you don’t control. We may suspend accounts that put others or the service at risk, and we’ll tell you why unless we can’t.
9.Our property
Glow, its software, the butterfly and our brand belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Glow while your subscription is active. Feedback you send us may be used to improve Glow without obligation.
10.Ending
You can cancel or delete your account at any time. We may end these terms with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for serious breaches. On ending, your access stops and your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
11.Disclaimers and liability
Glow is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made on AI output. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
12.Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Clark County, Nevada have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to sue at home.
13.Changes and contact
We’ll give notice of material changes in the app or by email before they take effect. Questions: support@meetglow.ai, Winding.ai, 1887 Whitney Mesa Drive #5338, Henderson, NV 89014.
