Delete your Glow account
You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by email. Here’s exactly what happens.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Glow and unlock it.
- Open the menu, then Settings → Members & security.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with Face ID or your passkey.
By email
Can’t get into the app? Email privacy@meetglow.ai with the subject “Delete my Glow account” from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you sign in with. We confirm it’s you, then delete within 7 days and email you when it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Right away: every saved key and token is destroyed and revoked where the provider allows it, all sessions are signed out, and scheduled agents stop.
- Within 30 days: your profile, workspaces you own (with their reports, nuggets, captures, tasks, screenshots and voice notes) and your membership in other workspaces.
- Kept, as the law requires: billing records (invoices and payment dates) for up to 7 years, and a minimal security log entry that an account was deleted. Encrypted backups roll off within 35 days.
Your subscription
Deleting your account stops a web subscription. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, also cancel it there (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone; Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android), because Apple and Google bill you directly.
